What is ClimaSync and who is it for?
ClimaSync is a cloud management software designed specifically for Italian HVAC companies: installers, boiler maintenance technicians, plumbers, and air conditioning companies. It manages digital plant logbooks, automatic synchronization with regional cadasters, intervention scheduling, a mobile app for technicians, and much more.
What is a cloud HVAC management software?
It is a platform accessible from a browser and mobile app that centralizes all the operational management of an HVAC company: clients, heating and cooling systems, plant logbooks, technical interventions, maintenance contracts, and accounting. Being cloud-native, it requires no installation and data is always up to date on all devices.
Does ClimaSync work offline?
Yes. The mobile app for technicians is designed to work fully offline: in basements, areas without coverage, or remote locations. Intervention data, plant logbooks, and client profiles are available without a connection. When the technician comes back online, everything syncs automatically.
Do technicians need to download an app?
Yes, technicians use ClimaSync's PWA (Progressive Web App), installable on any Android or iPhone smartphone directly from the browser, without going through the App Store. The backoffice and business management is accessible from a desktop browser or tablet.
Compliance & Technical
Is ClimaSync compliant with D.P.R. 74/2013?
Yes. ClimaSync was designed in compliance with the requirements of D.P.R. 74/2013 and D.M. 10 February 2014 for the plant logbook. RCEE reports (Energy Efficiency Control Report) are generated in the correct format and all mandatory data is tracked and archived.
How does synchronization with the thermal cadaster (CURIT, CIT) work?
ClimaSync integrates directly with the regional portals CURIT (Lombardy) and CIT (Piedmont). After each intervention, data is automatically transmitted to the relevant regional cadaster with one click, eliminating the manual double-entry that can take hours per system.
Can I manage the digital plant logbook with ClimaSync?
Yes, it is one of the core features. ClimaSync manages fully digital plant logbooks for boilers, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, and other HVAC systems. The logbook includes all sections required by Italian regulations, is available online, and is synchronized with the regional cadaster.
How are maintenance interventions managed?
The backoffice plans interventions, assigns them to technicians, and tracks them in real time. The technician receives a notification on the mobile app, accesses the plant profile offline, fills in the work report, and generates the RCEE. Upon completion, the system automatically updates the logbook and notifies the client.

How much does ClimaSync cost?
ClimaSync is available in 4 plans: Micro from €29/month, Starter from €59/month, Professional from €119/month, and Enterprise from €249/month. Prices are per company (not per user) with technician limits included per plan. Annual billing available with a 20% discount.
Is there a free trial period?
Yes, we offer a 30-day free trial with full access to the Professional plan. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose the plan that best suits your company.
Can I migrate data from my current software?
Yes. We offer guided migration from Futurasi, HiLine, AP-Evolution, Syncrogest, and other HVAC software. Our team imports clients, systems, and intervention history within 24 working hours of receiving the data. Migration is included in all plans.
What support is included?
Support varies by plan: the Micro plan is self-service (documentation and community), Starter and higher plans include email and chat support. The Professional plan includes dedicated onboarding, and the Enterprise plan includes phone support and a dedicated account manager.
