How does billing work?
You can choose monthly or annual billing. Annual billing saves you 20%. We accept credit card, bank transfer, and SDD.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time with prorated charges. Downgrade is available at period renewal.
What does the Micro plan include?
The Micro plan is self-service (no support included) to keep the price competitive. You can add email/chat support as an add-on for €15/month.
Are Contracts and Inventory modules included?
They're included in Professional and Enterprise plans. For Micro and Starter plans, they're available as add-ons at €15/month each.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
For SMS and storage beyond included limits, we apply transparent overage rates. We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit.
